MY WHY
My love of public service began when I was a highschool volunteer at my local public library. In over two decades of learning and growth in local government, the most rewarding part of my job has always been seeing others succeed in achieving their dreams. I led teams to achieve strategic priorities, I trained and mentored both inside and outside my organization and always looked for opportunities to create new services and programs so that both employees and communities could grow.
I felt a deep desire to expand my reach and increase my impact. This led me to become a Certified Executive Coach and launch my business, Connect to Grow.
I support people in public service organizations in their effort to get to know themselves better, communicate more clearly and take deliberate steps towards becoming their best selves. My public service focus is based on the belief that those leaders are in positions which can significantly influence the wellbeing of our communities and I have something of value to offer that can help them achieve their goals and dreams.
I design and deliver transformational development programs and support leaders. My approach blends psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, mindfulness and business management practices to bring the change people desire. The body and mind is one, that is the lens I work from.
